Next job . I removed the incorect HL engine hatches .I'm either going to buy them (which I thinks the best bet) or scratch build them . I also removed the two front hatches . I am unsure yet if I'm going to open the transmission hatches ?????? I have also removed the two side vision ports. I have removed the rear storage bin because the lid didn't look correct  :-\

Now the bit I dreaded doing  , the side schurzen mountings . Ive looked at many books and there seems to be some variation in the mounting struts  :-\ :-\ :-\ All the parts on the tank are only bluetacked on temporary to take the pictures . I'm not fitting this just yet as Ive more work to do to the tank. also the ends of the horizontal 'L' piece need bending down a bit and cut to length .

I am re doing my schurzen panels and brackets . I will also be altering the mounts to and adding to this. More picts asap.

Take a look at how I did my turret in the end - I think if you drilled through your hull brackets into the top of the hull (cordless drill at low rpm works best) and staked them in place with short lengths of wire like I did, they will end up being a lot stronger.
