Hi chaps.
Just a little build i have 99% finished, just some minor light fitting tweeks and decals to do.
Scratch built body from 1.5mm Styrene card, brass and stuff.
Based on a modified WPL B16 chassis i rebuilt a while ago with all metal bits etc.
Spektrum 7 ch radio.
F+R
Steering
360 turret
Proportional diesel engine sound
2 speed gearbox
Switching unit for lights
.50 Cal gun battle engagement sound
Think it turned out ok.
Regards Sub.

Hi chaps,
Thx for the replies.
I dont know how to post a video,
I think the bar armour is more of a british thing, as i have not seen any US cougars with bar armour, i think the british version is called something else with the bar armour, Mastiff i think, but could be wrong.
Regards.

No unpainted pictures showing warts and all?
That's my favourite part of these scratch builds out of bits of plastic and metal
Anyway, this looks excellent
As for videos, if you upload videos to YouTube, then you can paste the link in a post

I have seen the bar armor on them in Afghanistan on American MRAPs of all kinds. I've seen a lot of them after they were hit by IEDs and most looked like they fared pretty well as far as the troop and driver's compartment go. Nice build.
