De Tankisten - Belgium

"De Tankisten" are live! Well, we have a website (https://tankisten.wordpress.com/), a Facebookpage (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2432497323641762/) and a Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/Spiffyswizzlestick2), so that's pretty much it.

Oh no wait, it isn't, we have a massive terrain! The RC organisation BTMC in Beernem has 1000m² reserved for us, tanks only! This month we start building and reforming the terrain and making structures. We have almost 100% free choice of how to custmize the terrain, as long as we follow certain regulations. Check out our website for further developments.

Only members of BTMC (https://www.btmc-fun.be/) are allowed access to the terrain though. However, this also enables you to go RC drone, helicopter, aircraft, crawler and car racing as well :-) Plus, there's loads of people and expertise about.

Stay tuned! We're beginning, but ambitious. :-)

That sounds like a really good club to join with scope to try more or less any sort of RC hobby. Wish it were closer :'(

Thanks! I only recently made the website, aimed mainly at the Dutch-speaking audience, trying to connect the Belgian RC Tank community. I know they're out there, but it's hard to get contact :-) I'll add English language pages soon too, shouldn't be too much hassle :-)

We've made some progress on our terrain, and even got to drive around a bit. Check out our newest movie, hopefully it shows the massive potential :-)

I like the driver cam shots but you'll have to trim to nothe weeds or the drivers will be blind!
