Thank you Sir for those nice comments, i am glad that some people like what i am doing, and hopefully it will encourage more scratch builders to show there efforts.

Made up some brackets / fixtures that will go on top of the loading hatch housing.

Not much done today, but added the drivers hatch open locking points, 2 turret side antenna mountings left and right sides and some small stowage lockers on the underside of the turret, both sides.

I thank you Mr Bix, as you rightly say a busy little thing, lots going on all over the place, its one of the reasons i chose it as a subject, that and its rareity, there were only 13 converted and it was for use in Berlin during the cold war to trundle about, as such they were painted in urban camoflage known as the Berlin brigade paint scheme which in itself is also very busy just hope when the time comes for painting it i can pull that off too..

I remember getting to play with a 432 on an old airfield at Enstone and boy did my passengers get a headache sitting in the back whilst i bounced arund and thru some ditches and obstacles. I just glad i was the one driving haha.

I think i seem to remember it was powered by a Jaguar 6 cylinder XK engine albeit it modified for use. But it sounded cool and was good fun, even if it did require a hell of alot of force to get it to turn

A few things more completed, i added 3 turret lifting eyes one either side and one on the rear in the .
center.

Hi.
I decided to start making some of the additional accessories that are fitted around the vehicle so i started by manufacturing a pair of fire extinguishers, these are located on the rear troop compartment door externally at the top left corner.
They are 25mm long by 6mm wide and are made by turning some solid Aluminium bar up on the lathe to the correct size and making one end convex, then drilling the domed end for the handle and activation lever and outlet to fit into the body.
The outlet handle and lever are made from 0.81mm brass rod soldered together then glued into the extinguisher body, now just the mounting brackets to construct....i think they turned out ok.
