Update on the night vision.
I wanted to be able to remotely open and close the lense door so i modified the inner lense to accomodate this, after several attempts to open the lense door externally and without showing any mechanism this was imposible to achieve so had to make it open internally, a slight compromise was reached and remote opening achieved.

Mr sub you must have a huge amount of patience. I get frustrated doing a conversion. Something like this I think would send me mad. Well I a little more than I already am at least
It’s your tank it’s what you make it

Hi.
Thank you very much Gentlemen for your comments and interest in my efforts.
Today made the hinges for the gunners hatch, one in particulular is rather odd, think it made be either a sprung loaded or counter weight hinge, anyway its done.
Regards.

I am impressed, making the very small parts in styrene is beyond my skills .

Hi ronnie42.
Thank you for your compliment, it can be quite frustrating at times and you generally end up searching the floor quite a lot !.
The use of tweezers and " helping hands" holding devices does make it easier, but then Arthritis makes it difficult some times, :haha:
