Greeting all.

Introducing myself as "Landraider", an RC tank newbie; purchased a Challenger 2 a year or so ago - metal track version with proper metal gearbox. Had a few track problems which I have hopefully now sorted with a track tension modification.
Now HL choose to add tensioning on some models of Chally...

Maybe do a few modifications for the fun of it. Like the idea of gun recoil as well as BB firing, plus better motors... Maybe control board... We'll see.

Joined the forum due to the mass of talent that is on here - some real epic builds going on! Even if a bit rubs off I'll be doing well.

May end up spending more time on the tank due to the lockdown, which may be dangerous to my bank account!

Have a 3D printer and have designed/built a "Mono-tank" small scale static kit (on thingiverse) for the fun of it. May go big scale some point, even something RC.

Thanks for having me on here.

Keep smiling, keep safe, and enjoy the hobby!

And yes, for those that might spot it, do love the Warhammer equipment and stuff! Must build one sometime.

Welcome to the wormhole mate :haha: I too started out with a basic HL Challenger 2 with metal running gear and very quickly found out that it's easy to throw hundreds (thousands?) of quid at these things :haha:

Enjoy the ride!

Hello, and welcome new victims! As for the Centurion, I'd be good to go with a Tamiya rendition.

A Former (Australian)member of this Forum and a good personal friend sent me more pictures of Australian Army Centurions from every angle then I could ever of hoped for.
When Heng Long/Taigen or whoever finally see the light I will at least know what fits where thanks to him.
