RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

So my 2013 Heng Long Tiger l Crystal is stuck. I have had this tank for 7 years, almost never used it, recently got into RC tanks again and my Tiger l will not connect to the controller (it is compatible it worked before) so I am guessing there is something wrong with the tank crystal, but I cannot put it out, can anybody help? Thanks in advance

What are you trying to pull it out of? The controller or the tank?

Perhaps you would like to introduce yourself to the Membership before asking for us to come to the rescue?

Sorry, could you explain yourself, I am really new to this forum.

If you take a look at your confirmation email, it asks you to make a short post in the introductions thread - mainly so that the mods can filter out regular users from the spam bots.

I'm going to assume the plastic wrapper has come off the crystal? In that case you will have to take the Tank apart to get at it. Assuming they haven't changed the design, you will need to remove the tracks to access 6 screws holding the top to the chassis, plus 1 at the front. then the tank should come apart and you can access the receiver board

Thank you for your help! My Tiger 1 is working now, just had to reinsert the crystal, thank you again for the tip.
