Just stumbled on this.
We can thank the Belgians for this little Jem, they ordered them because what they had were too powerful for towing their smaller artillery pieces, when they felt the need to "modernise" their armed forces. . . . .
No matter what picture you look at, and in whoever's military force they are, the driver always looks miserable
