Hi guys,

So now I've got the Ibu2u finally up and running, my next step is to replace the Taigen plastic bb turret on my Tiger 1 for the metal IR version. So my next noob question is, will a Tamiya TBU fit straight into the Taigen metal IR turret ?
One of my reasons for getting the Ibu2u was because I read that it is compatible with the Tamiya TBU because I am so desperately wanting to join in the IR battles when I go to the Grantham Light Armoured club meets.
Just wanting to double check I'm going down the right path to enable me to do this.

You have to swap out the apple base, but it's not a big deal and should fit right in the cupola, possibly having to drill a new hole for a screw or something, but nothing more complicated than that.
