Yep, it's that time again, where we get to marvel and drool over delightful RC military models.

The TOTM is open to all members, and although the TOTM is run like a competition, it really is just for fun, and an excuse to see members pride and joys.

The competition is open to any and all members, with the exception of last months winner.

Here is my submission Tiger S04
Henglong Tiger 1 stock with custom paint job.

Guess I will throw my hat in the ring again.

This is my recently completed Tamiya Leopard 2A6 "What if?" United Nations MBT.

Build, painted and weathered by me, sourced a ton of aftermarket goodies from KingKong RC, DKLM, Schumo-kits, some Verlinden, and bits taken from my stash of extra junk.

Here is my rendition of Tiger 141 used by the 501st sPzAbt in Tunisia during 1943. It is a stock HengLong tiger with various cosmetic modifications to make it look right. I'll let the pictures say the rest.

This months entry. The firefly VC. I was going to write a crew bio. But instead decided to go with what matters.

Credit for the build goes to my dad. Built before I started to build myself.
This was built when the kit was new.

What we have done here starting with the turret is:-

Taken the standard 105 turret removed the bustle and reposition.
It was then rebuilt and reshaped using car body filler
Added the bulge on the front of the turret. Again using car body filler.
Installed new mantle and 17pdr.
Made loaders hatch
Cut lower hull into 3 extended and resealed with plastercard and you guessed it car body filler.
Made moulds of vents then cast and installed
Other parts from shapeways installed to deck
Metal tracks etc installed
Ibu2u with ir battle system installed.

Kills so far. 1 tiger 2 stugs 2 panzer 4 3 panzer 3 and 1 Hetzer.

As someone is bound to notice. The numbers on the tank side are different.
This is not a build error but as stated previously.
