Pershing Interior Color

What color is inside the tank?
I'm pretty sure it's white, and I have heard that from actual WW2 crews.
Can anyone confirm?

White inside of the Stuart, Sherman’s and Pershings I’ve been inside

white apart from the underside of the hatches (or insides of the doors) was standard for pretty much everyone - otherwise the interior was way too dingy for the crew to see what they were doing.
