Hi Looking for info on the round covers on the engine hatch. Some pictures of Panthers have handles on the covers, was it on one version or just one of the assembly plants . thanks

Early Ausf D's with the HL 210 engine had two prongs instead of a proper handle
Late D's,A and some G's had the proper enclosed handles (the Ausf G's likely only had this as they were using left over parts
G and F had no handles

STHV thanks for the info, i might put one handle on .Could paint the cover another colour as if its a salvaged replacement.
