If the question has already been asked and answered, please excuse the repeat.

Has Chris3 re-opened his business since the unfortunate fire at his shop? I know he's made great strides forward since the event, but have tried unsuccessfully reaching him through email. He has always been prompt in his response to emails, hence the question.
