Hi All.
Does anyone out there have one of the latest versions of the Heng long Radio sets? They want to sell?. I think it’s the 5.3 version or the 6.0 . Hope someone can help me out

Hi,
Yep that’s it. But I tend not to order any from Hong Kong or any around there I always get stung with import duty’s and the like. So I keep to buying from the good old UK. But thanks for the info

I don't know how it works in the UK. I can tell you a secret that the Chinese are smart and they always say on the package that the value is 5 or 10 usd. For our customs it is enough. They never bother checking. And even if they do how qualified do you think people are to be able to price Chinese goods. Most of them really don't cost more than 20 usd. However if they state the value above 20usd the customs would open the packet as if to check and calculate Vat.

This one is even better. I'm waiting for the gold label rx to arrive. Will check if it's any better than the white label.

I may have what you are looking for! I have a HL Tx/Rx set just not too sure what version it is (it came with my Challenger 2).

The above set is NOT the latest that is a v5.3.
The latest is v6.0.
You can buy the MFU (Which looks totally different and is wired differently ) and transmitter from Andrew at

I have the 5.3 and I got the 6.0 today. Maybe I should do a video? The 6.0 is rather impressive. You can turn the lights on and off from the transmitter and you can adjust the strength of the track recoil. It has other features that I haven't figured out yet but I have to say they have definitely come a long way.
