Oops, sorry, I usually like to set this up at night before I go to bed, but we have just got Amazon Prime tv, and I got a bit carried away last night, like a kid in a toy tank shop and totally forgot :{

Anyway, please feel free to submit any radio controlled armoured fighting vehicle from your armoury for us to drool over.
Anyone can enter, apart from last months winner.

Remember, this is just for fun, and even if you don't win the vote, you have still been a winner in our eyes by taking part and letting us admire your model along with you :thumbup:

Okay here is my take on the "Fury" built. No logs, but does have the name. Taigen all metal turret, Tamiya electronics upper and lower. Since it was a Sherman lower there was no recoil from the DMD, so ended up using the "servio" from RCTA to control the Taigen recoil unit. Kit bashed by me, weathered by Airbrushler (fellow tanker here) and Brad Pitt by dgsselkirk.

For your perusal I resubmit The Crackerbox Palace. A captured Soviet KV-2 redesignated as a 754(r) by the Wehrmacht and set up for a planned invasion of Malta early in the War that never came off. While the 'Palace' is a fantasy designation, the tanks were real and when the invasion was shelved, went back to the Eastern Front to fight against their former masters. This tank was built by me from a Taigen all metal KV-1 and the excellent Torro KV-2 turret. Lots of extra metal got added over the years including steel gearboxes and a brand new lower with the upgraded bearings. The paint is by me and is a rattle canned Tamiya primer and Model Masters Dunkelgelb overlaid by a hard edge camo pattern applied with brushes and taken from pictures in several books on Stalin's Giants ( and an excellent KV-1 Build here on the forums from years gone by ) The 'Palace' is still the largest tank in my collection and stands tall over even the mighty IS-2 and Porsche King Tiger. Enjoy!
