Gun pivot points on rc tanks

Have HL and Taigen improved over the last 5 years? The pivot points on the tiger are set back . Might do a Hooben T55 , Tamiya Tiger or another Taigen if they have the correct turret ring position and pivot points. Have a spare metal tiger turret with pivots fixed but i think metal turrets are only ok on a metal upper and lower hull.
