I found this joker while looking for PzIV skirt armour (so I can get a Tamiya set onto a Taigen )
He has a few other ones in 16th as well. Real nice work all round.

Yes, he makes static tanks, but the transformation from what he/we get to the amazing finished product is stupefying.
If for nothing else than his workspace is a shambles
