What do you do with 1000 feet of blast wire?

So what do you do when you have 1000 feet of blasting wire left from the old days and some friends in the club who want to blow things up! Why make minefields and artillery barrages... So first up and old Tiger donated and the bottom cut out and a charge put in one of our cement bunkers. Game play will be when this goes off that section of road is closed due to mine field. We did 2 takes to test on position one using powder and smoke tablets. And third video is the second position crossroads

Love it. When we were kids we would sometimes blow up old models with firecrackers.

As bright delightfully nice well behaved children we used to blow up car wrecks left on bombsites in '60s London using sugar and sodium chlorate (a type of weedkiller available before the IRA started having fun with it). Good for blowing doors off! However, that was all long ago and we are all angels now.
It's a good idea lads but it might invalidate club insurance, especially in a hall

I belong to the Portsmouth Model Boat Display Team who have been entertaining the public for over 30 years with our pyrotechnic displays. We also love tanks so have a mock D Day landing and the liberation of a French village using smoke explosions and the odd bit if fire.

These will be fixed postions on the field but the next batch up will be mobile and capable of being placed anywhere on the field. The Tiger is set up to be destroyed again and again...
Although we are at a gun range I think we will keep fire down to a minimum...

currently I am cobbling a knocked out Pz IV from the bitz box to replace the one we set fire to. A small packet charge blows the turret off. The last one got a bit too crispy to reuse!
