Tamiya M4A1E8 - M1 Super Sherman Build

Silly fool that I am agreed to build a static model for a friend of mine for his mantle piece
Making a start tonight as a nice parcel arrived over the weekend.
Tamiya Sherman lower hull.
Nick Aguilar cast hull and T23 turret - modified to be an oval hatch.
Impact T84 rubber pads.
3d printed Cummins Diesel engine deck.
Some Schumo parts and 3d printed bits to finish it off.

Some progress tonight.
Split hatch filled in ready for oval hatch.
Engine deck removed and Cummins deck added.
Lots of sanding, cutting and filling to do. Not sure what order yet
