None of that is good for exercise. . . . The VAT is for excise/duty.
In Britain, we get loaded with extortionate high taxes on some things.
Cigarette tax alone generates about 13 billion in one year, probably 14 billion now since I read up on it. At that time, the NHS cost 85 to 90 billion a year. So, NO smokers, you don't pay for it all.
