Couple months back I found this little speaker Monacor SPH-30X/4SW I installed it on my Chally 2 build and I think it's great it can push out a good volume before distortion I got it for around £25 and it's running off a IBU2U full option board here is the details,

That's a quality little piece. Have you placed it in an enclosure or just surface mounted it? A video would be excellent.

I built a styrene enclosure and I got mine from audio mate website but I think there going cheaper on Ebay and Amazon
