Having a go with TPU now, but I needed to set the print speed very very low as any higher and the filament stuck in the printer feed gears. Looks like it’s going to take a full two days to print one tire.

It’s an ender 3. I need to print at 25mm or the filament sticks in the gears. Temps, nozzle 210, bed 67. I am going to swap for Flexable play tomorrow, so hope that will speed things up a bit.

Hi Terry,
For TPU try your nozzle at 230 degrees, your bed at 55 degrees &30mm per second. Oh, don’t forget to disable retraction!!!
Think you’ll find it will work a treat

At the moment I'm using Sunlu branded TPU, don't even need to turn the bed heater on (on the down side its quite a bit harder than Rigid Ink, but at least I can print at 30mm/s instead of 15)

I think Terry was struggling with the feed as the nozzle temp he was using was too low

Yeah, 230C is the way to go - I used to get away with a little bit less with the Rigid Ink, but it would occasionally jam.

I put the nozzle temp up, but still very slow going. Flexable pla works better for me, slow but better.

For TPU I also use a .6 nozzle, and increase flow to 110%. I'm printing tires like that and it works great.
