With my up coming build im looking at sticking a 40000mah Nimh battery in, but I need a good paeak charger that doesn't cost the earth or need to be imported from america.

I was looking at the Ansmann Xbase Deluxe, but it doesn't seem to have a Tamiya connector, just crocodile clips.

Can anyone recommend a good charger?

Cheers,
Rik

Hi grim the annsman is a good charger
but i would personally recommend the JPROPLUS 500 at £50 it isnt the cheapest but you can charge any battery Lipo, nimh and nicad
(even Lead acid  :o :o)
the only downside is you need a power source as it doesnt come with one unless you plug it on the car battery
so all in for £70 ish (unless you do what i did and use an old laptop power pack ;))

im using the ansmann powerjack delta pro,has a charging rate of 900 ma , its a intelligent charger, ie it goes from peak charging to trickle charge  and it does nimh and nicd, plus it only costs about £10
