c.rainford73 December 2018 Combined Format Winner.
1/16th Hooben Elefant.
It had started life as an older static build (when c.rainford73 was primarily into display pieces and static models). It was however modified to accommodate some later Hooben goodies, Clark electronics, servo recoil and elevation. Also, metal tracks, zimmerit and larger Viasaton speaker in an enclosure.
Many hours were spent painting and repainting. Airbrushed with oils and finished with several washes. Numbers are airbrushed and hand drawn using stencils.
