To squash your copper wire, did you pass the wire between two ball bearings fixed to a plate with a smaller gap between the bearings than the wire size?

No, I just smashed it brutally with the hammer..

I bought this kubel about 18 months ago, this one is only the static version but still a nice looking piece when on display, I do have an Rc one as well which is great fun
