I am trying to find an El-Mod sound pack for a Panther without the flame mufflers on the exhaust as i am trying to make my Panther Ausf D as realistic as possible (including the terrible turret traverse and reverse speeds)

I have already tried asking El-Mod directly and they said that both of their Panther sound packs have the flame mufflers

Does anyone know where i could get a sound pack without the mufflers? or better yet an El-Mod controller pre-installed with one?
