Anybody have any experience of building an all metal Mato Tiger, i have hit a problem with the road wheel axles the ones in the kit are unthreaded but have a allen key head on them as if they were threaded, are these a press fit , if so, they are very stiff and dont seem long enough to go through suspension arm and into the grove or guide in the lower hull Any help would be helpful

Check that the metal.wheels and axles use the same suspension arms. I know that some metal conversions require different arms, not sure about your set. Sorry can't help more.

Ahhhh..........they seem to be ones that go into taigen style suspension arms.
If your arms are metal but do not have a grub screw to tighten the axles to, replace those plain ended screws with threaded ones, say the standard H/L ones, and my bet is they will go in.
Would be helpful to you if you could put up a picture or two of the issue.
