I need help mounting the Aber Early and Late muzzle brakes on the Tamiya aluminium KT barrel and the Schumo aluminium Tiger I barrel. The manual of both muzzle brakes are virtually the same, but if I try to mount them as described they won't fit over the tip of the barrel at all Now I want to know if someone has experience with mounting these or know someone who has done this before. Better safe than sorry, èh?

I have one of those sets for a Panther but have not used it yet. On Mike's Tiger 1 with the Tamiya aluminum barrel, a metal one piece brake from Wecohe was used. No help, I know, apologies.
