Henglong v5.3 transmitter and receiver

Hallo, fellow tankers,
I just got the 5.3 version transmitter and the RX unit. It is an improvement over v5.2 in terms of sound and some more buttons on the transmitter.
But!!
My Tiger 1 works in reverse.
The right stick is wrong. Stick up makes it go back and the vice versa. While I can fix that by swapping motor cables but I cant fix turning. It's reversed too. Stick right makes it go left.
The left stick is wrong too. Left/right is gun traverse and up/down is turret rotation.
What have I done to deserve this?
