My first tank

It’s a m4a3 with a 17lb (firefly) I know it’s not the right model but I hope to rectify ImageImageitImage

The USA had a a small number of M4A3 Fierfly Tanks. :thumbup:

I know they had a couple for testing in the states from the book on the firefly I have read. do you know of on any info or pictures that would be great

A photo of US Firefly Tanks. look carefully at the photo many types of Sherman tanks and turrets used. :thumbup: :wave:

None of which are an M4A3 conversion. They are all M4's, the closest being a hybrid M4 with a cast glacis, the rest are either regular small hatch M4's or M4A4's.

Only 1 turret style was used, the low bustle 75mm. No large hatch hulled M4a3's (or M4's for that matter) would have been fitted with that turret.
