My first roll of the dice

it's not 100% finished yet but close enough, IDF M51 Sherman, a mix of tamiya/mato and scratchbuild.
Built by me
Painted by me
Photos by me.
Cheers, Lee.

As much as I keep telling myself to leave this sort of thing to the professionals, there needs to be at least one more vehicle to make it a going concern. Here is Crazy Joe's M36B1. This all metal MATO tank destroyer came from Terry\Jackalope ( a fine vehicle as it was, I just like to keep things stock as much as possible ) and I gave it a complete redo with a new upper and turret from MATO and a detail and paint job by yours truly. Hope this one fits in the rules Carl!
Sterling t26 tractor unit with m15a trailer.
Theyre both entirely scratch built the chassis is aluminium alloy with the cab detail being styrene. Running gear uses custom transfer boxes using mechano gears with tamiya truck axles and Lego technic wheels.
Currently running in an 8x6 configuration and features the unique turntable steering from the original.
The 5th wheel operates as it should and it has powered ramps and legs for the trailer.
Built and painted by Foden
Owned, photographed and operated by me.

Good morning,
This is a complete surprise! I was on the road all day yesterday and did not have a chance to read the forums until late last night. Double checking again this morning, I see that I was not sleep addled and that Crazy Joe had monkey wrenched his way again into the high regards of my fellow forum members. Thanks to everyone who voted and everyone who participated and made September's version of TOTM most memorable.
Regards and many Thanks!
Painless

Mr Painless you and Joe should go for a spin around the old yard and then maybe he can spill the beans on the secret to his success and that crazy lipstick
Congratulations on a well deserved win. And a huge thank you to all who voted and entered!
