I've ordered from these guys before and didn't have any problems. They carry almost any stock part for any HL tank. This time though I got absolutely nowhere. I placed an order on May 5th this year. Nothing special, just a handful of plastic parts. Came to 17 bucks with postage. I promptly forgot about the order. Remembered about the order6 weeks later when I was needing the parts I had ordered. Checked the status of the order, and it was showing "processing". I sent an email and got no response. I sent 5 emails through their site, and 2 through the email listed with paypal. After no response, I had to contact paypal. They filed a complaint and tried to contact the seller. After 8 days and no response, paypal refunded my money.
Sad to have to go that route as I really wanted the parts for a current project, but at least paypal had my back!
