Good pics. As you said. Rear plate holder, wrong screw. Was the other side okay?

They both look great! My Panther G also came from Dominique, really pleased with his service! A couple minor issues sorted out without question or doubt. Not used to that level of service here in the UK.

Roni has already commented that she like the Panther G so we may have to add that to the stable ...

I like the extras you're doing so will keep a watch on this thread.

As for the chargers, the stock ones take forever to charge, I splashed out on a UAC-50 which is sooooo much better! able to charge 3000mah batteries in 45 mins if needed or less if you push the amperage up. Worth every penny, but make sure you get a genuine one and not a chinese copy. Mine came from TJD Models http://www.tjdmodels.com/ who are a great bunch

Been busy for a while with the making of the side skirts/schuerzen.
Reconsidered magnets for a while, but after lots of emailing with a Dutch magnet webshop, decided to dump that idea.

Right now I am working on an idea with an aluminum angle profile, thickness 1,2 mm.
I did drill 2 mm holes in the profile, next I sawed brackets/supports slightly wider.
A lot of measuring to do it right the first time.
I have finished the brackets/supports for one side now, measured the skirts so they overlap a bit, and cover the tank's side as good as possible.
Drilled holes in the plates to fit the holes in the brackets.
Now i must solder some "hooks" onto the brackets which carry the schuerzen.
Will make some test brackets/hooks first, to see if the schuerzen can come off easily.
Next step will be the glue trick......
Checked youtube for that baking soda/superglue trick.
At first I made a try on a piece of plastic with wood glue and baking soda.
But the wood glue takes too long to dry, so it is not a firm connection right away.
Next I took some glue (it said superglue somewhere on the item) , which dried up very quickly, but after some minutes I could brake it off the plastic too.
Maybe it was the kind of plastic I used, it was the plastic lid from some yoghurt thing, you know, one of those plastic buckets.
It even could have been the wrong glue, I do not know.
Glad I did not try it on the Panther right away.
Maybe my inexperience in this, never tried the baking soda trick ever before, but it was a bit messy with that powder.
Right now, I think I may have to drill a second hole in the brackets, there where the glue is supposed to come. So the glue will fill the hole, making a firmer connection?
Will shoot some pics the next days, ready to go to work, night shift tonight.

Oh yeah, a final question for tonight....
I am working the schuerzen on the type F right now, with the green-dark brown-yellowish camo pattern.
Anybody on here can tell me the ral numbers of the green and dark brown Taigen is using on their tanks?
Or should i ask Dom from RCTank.de about it?

Been fooling around with that commander guy too.
Maybe I will use one of them as a driver or radio operator on the F too.
But he must be cut down a cm or so...

Still struggling with painting those guys eyes.
Damn, so tiny....and hands a bit shaky too.....
So I did order some 1/16 motorcycle goggles to solve that issue, haha.
I haven't received them yet, if so, you guys are the first to know.
