Tank of the Month August Submission Thread

An early start to this months edition of the tank of the month submission thread. Really looking forward to some more masterpieces.

A quick note, please reserve all comments and suggestions, critiques and reccomendations until after the competition has been decided.

Be descriptive and detail your paints used, electronics gearboxes etc if you want. Maybe some members will use your style and pick up a few pointers along the way!

The submissions will be allowed until the 7th of August.

I enjoy putting this together and want it to be fun and encourage all to enter no matter your skill level.

I'll start the ball rolling with my Sd.Kfz 234/2 Puma.
Metal Origins kit, with all the bells and whistles.
Construction and assembly by me. Assistance from Alwyn Turner with the turret rotation and wibblywobbly with the gun controls.
Primed with Halfords red plastic primer. Paints all Tamiya, airbrushed by me. Weathering with a mixture of pains and materials from various sources.

Here is my Marder 1A1;

The model features the following;
- Ludwigs-Hobby plasticard and resin turret basic kit
- HL Leopard 2A6 roadwheels, suspension, tracks, sprocket, Idler, gearbox, speaker, tools
- 20mm main gun turret rotation, gun elevation, gun flash and sound
- 7.62mm MG3 rear machine gun turret rotation, gun flash and sound
- opening and closing rear ramp
- scratch built interior of fighting crew compartment, including rotating turret basket
- Clark TK-60 controller with 10 channels Flysky remote
- Head lights, tail lights and interior lighting
- HL Leopard 2 Diehl tracks individually resized for Marder width
- Painted in Tamiya acrilycs with Bundeswehr Peddinghaus decals
