Tamiya Pz IV front hatch hinge and locking screw

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has in their spare parts bin the Tamiya Pz IV front hatch hinges that also doubles as the upper locking mechanism. Will pay shipping and cost obviously. AAF has the parts spruce for a very reasonable $12 USD but UPS shipping is $28 USD.........
