Another what if design based on a Sherman if the Russian kept pushing and the allies needed tanks
AKA know as the sherther
Also to slim the river counter herd

Nice idea but I highly doubt the Panther engine would fit or be changed into a Sherman

Now a concept Sherman is fitting a 90mm into it or torsion bar suspension

It's got the 75mm L/70 plus it the only one I could get since I had it spare

I think the Israelis used a panther derivative gun on some Sherman’s after the war!

Yeah the story is the Russians kept push so they used what German tank factories that could produce tanks and they started to produce Sherman's but using parts like the 75L/70 and the engines left over

Made templates for the armour and the rear

Armour plate for the front is done and rear is mounted just need to get some more filler

Sanded painted and waiting for couple of parts then it's weathering

A Panther engine deck fits a Sherman !!
Tell ya what, it’s hanging for a set of ersatz spaced armour plates or mesh !
