Hey up guys been I while since I posted as been playing/working on airsoft guns for past 12 months, hope everyone is well seems I have missed loads! Got back to fixing the challenger after 8 months since the plastic idler adjuster decided to disintegrate and the only solution was the dklm metal adjuster which is just too expensive (is it still like 200-300quid?) so decided too 'borrow' the henntec adjuster from my leopard 2a6, took some major modification and grinding and also looks nothing like the original but its in a relatively hidden spot! And does the job!
Just wondered if anyone else had had similar problems and come up with a better solution? It seem a weak spot as done it twice! Will try get some pics up soon.

Had to grind back some of the lower front Hull plate and then plasticard spacers to bring the idler out in line with the track guide horns

You can see the plasticard spacers bolted and glued to the side Hull here, at least there out the way!
