Good morning and what a lovely morning it is.

Thanks for allowing me to join. My name is Steve and I am a serial modeller. I'll try anything - figures, boats, buildings, scenery - except planes. (That's a whole other set of skills, don't do planes.)

I live by the banks of the Mighty Mersey river and am 62 years old.

I have 1 1/16 model an M1 Abrams that I bought a ew years ago before Heng Long and the others really got going. It's seen some wear and tears and a friend and I are looking at how it can be repaired and upgraded to 2.4Gig using a Heng Long board.

Just purchased some WPL running gear to build a Bedford QLT, and my friend and I are are embarking on a Sherman VC build using a Heng Long M4A3 as the basis. Still not certain if it will be a IC or a VC yet we're discussing it.
