I only found out yesterday

Our family rarely gets together, but we did yesterday as my sister was visiting from Canada. Over lunch we were discussing various things when my brother casually mentions that his son plays computer games, and one in particular, and one character in that game specifically. When asked if he was any good, he goes on to say that he plays professionally and gets flown all over the world to participate in contests, has been to LA, and several European countries and beyond. All free of charge and he gets paid on top!

At 23, this is a guy who struggles to get out of bed on a morning!! :haha:

It's surprising what I don't know about my own family??

Globalisation and technology make strangers of us all... :problem: Let's hope your in-demand nephew, and gaming superstar, gets more exercise than clicking a mouse or manipulating a joystick... :D
I have a nephew in the US who's in a band that has released several well regarded CDs, and built quite a following in New England. I've not seen him for 14 years... :/
Thing is, he's from the Facebook generation where people only interact in a virtual realm. He wouldn't know what to do if I 'phoned him, and I have virtually no truck with Facebook and its endless nagging and trickster trawling for personal info...
