Well, I have all the tanks under deep repairs and maintenance. I am waiting for bearings for the road wheels in all the tanks (Tamiya cheap brass busing are beggining to wear) and also I have all the gearboxes in the U.S. under rework, performed by a Danvile battler. (Fixing the critical design failure they have) So meanwhile all the parts come back to me I started doing some more buildings. I am planning to do a 1:16 scale garage, I will fit inside my Renault FT 17 and the Kubelwagen. I will start the building in a year or so, I have a lot of things open now, lol, but meanwhile I started doing some of the things that I will fit inside.

Also Im planning to sell some paint masks. Im doing my own first designs, but this looks promising!. Personally it kills me to see all the shermans with the same numbers repeated again and again and again... So I wanted to do something more personal. And like the sounds, I want my own numbers so I put this number. the 30, is because all the tanks started with that number, and 12, 14, and 17 is the year my sons were born. Great thing of this, is unlike the sounds, I can do them while at the office, but dont tell my boss, lol.

And this is just the date when I assembled the Sherman, but the limit is your imagination!.

I think it looks great, if somebody wants to order some masks from me, just PM me!

I made a guard post of my own a little while ago, I added some groundwork around the base of the hut and barrier using items that i used to make my 1/35 scale dioramas with

Hi mate, those plants are exactly what I need, but in 1:16 scale!. Do you know where can I buy some? Also some 1:16 scale trees or things like that. How do you glue it to the basement?

Im currently painting a soldier for the sentry hut, and yeah, It will have a dog too. Exactly this one is waiting for me at the local toy shop:

Evening Raul,

The plants are made by noch, they make a lot of scenery for model railways, although they are aimed at smaller scales they fit perfectly into most groundwork. I use deluxe materials yellow glue which dries clear and is basically the same as pva glue, I use different types of ground scatter as the main base then add the details such as the plants and flowers. The schleich German shepherd is a good size for 1/16 scale

Cheers, Lee.

The German shepherd in your Amazon link Raul is schleich's female ( bitch ) version, I went for the male (dog ) version, not sure if there's any difference scale wise though

Cheers, Lee.

Very nice little flower details! :-)
1:16 was my scale. Until 'Konan' came into my life... an Armortek 1:6 Tiger 1!
... Now followed by a Panther G, 'Gunther'!

I'm a happy man. 8)
