Do I need current limiting resistors to connect my Torro King Tiger hull mg & headlight LEDs to 5V Open Panzer board outputs ?

The Open Panzer board does not have current limiting on its light outputs & the wiki advises the use of current limiting resistors for LEDs not rated at 5V but I have no idea what the Torro LEDs are rated at?

They are probably 3.7 and you'd need about a 100 ohm resistor to handle 5 volts.
