E90 super heavy build.

This section is for builds that are not strictly Tamiya or Heng Long. For instance, replacing the electronics from a WSN or Matorro, or even a scratch-build.

Tom I know this tank already has an amazing paint job, do you plan a total and complete repaint or will you match the fenders to the body colors?

Good question, whilst I like looking at the 46 esque tanks with bits missing and primer everywhere I'm not sure it's the route I'll go with this. I know roughly.the colours Martin used so plan a is to match them as best I can.

If that doesn't work probably a whole new colour scheme

I've also added some metal with 5mm shafts so things at the rear are much more stable.ImageImage

I take my hat off to you, getting all of those curves to line up with each other and the hull is no mean feat! Us mere mortals would have failed miserably at trying to do the same.

Thanks for the kind words rob, I fear it was more luck than judgement on the first one as that really was a stab in the dark, happily the second was a case of copying the first.

I can't wait to get my airbrush setup and get the next layer of paint on her
