Hallo everyone,
Just 2 years ago I got myself a HengLong Tiger 1 as a birthday present. Because I like German armour, I like toys that move and in my childhood there was nothing like that. Plus now is the time I can afford a hobby like that.
I have no previous experience in any RC matters whatsoever and I had to learn things the long way.
I am technically inclined and just playing with the tank was no good. Another thing that was no good was the HL idler wheels that made the plastic tracks slip off a bit too often. I wanted to fix that. I started searching for solutions. In the end, I now have two working Tiger tanks because fixing the idler problem meant buying more and more decent parts and at one point I had enough for two tanks. Both of them are quite far from stock HL.
