Just something to consider. When I setup my IBU2U when I fired the gun I would get a crackling sounds same as machine gun. Sounded like wires where shorted and crackle instead of booming cannon or MG. Go into the file and set master volume at 70%. Sounds like a long shot but it worked for me with my JS-2 build. Yours is currently set at 100%.

Give it a try hope it works out for you Ed.

Hello Tanker ed

Assuming you have all the files of Tiger I loaded into tank folder, you should copy the ini file contained into Tiger I archive into microSD root.

Filenames into ini file (supposing the one you posted is the same you're using) are not consistent.

The cannon sounds contained into Tiger I folder are 88kwk36_1 to 88kwk36_9, you can choose the one you prefer.

Now your ini file says :
Cannon1=90mm_1.wav,100;Sound file format or .wav (mono, 16 bit, 22050 Hz) random played
Cannon2=90mm_2.wav,100;Sound file format or .wav (mono, 16 bit, 22050 Hz) random played
Cannon3=90mm_3.wav,100;Sound file format or .wav (mono, 16 bit, 22050 Hz) random played

But should be :
Cannon1=88kwk36_1.wav,100;Sound file format or .wav (mono, 16 bit, 22050 Hz) random played
Cannon2=88kwk36_2.wav,100;Sound file format or .wav (mono, 16 bit, 22050 Hz) random played
Cannon3=88kwk36_3.wav,100;Sound file format or .wav (mono, 16 bit, 22050 Hz) random played

Same for the MG ...

Keep us posted

Yup, you're welcome ...

The "pop" noise you heard when firing the cannon is because the board reads the filename and didn't find the file.

The best rule to follow when you setup the tank with IBU2 is :

Choose the tank you intend to use from "Tank Audio Packages" folder
Copy (don't move) the entire content into "Tank" folder
Copy the ibu2u.ini file from "Tank" folder into microSD root
Open and edit this ini file to suit your needs.

Obviously since the operating FW is constantly upgraded it's possible that you'll have to add some line into ibu2.ini file (or download an updated copy)
to match the new FW after upgrade.
