Wheels

Not sure where to post this but here seemed the best bet. I know a number of people were looking for wheels for the Heng Long truck. I'm looking for wheels for a different military vehicle. The existing wheels are hollow plastic things, 47 mm overall diameter, including tyres. Tyre width approx 13 mm. I was wondering whether anyone came across anything roughly this size or knows where I might find something suitable. The diameter could be a bit smaller but certainly not larger.
