I've looked at the MiniACT A01 PDF file (thanks for the link Impact). It appears to be an IR controller that can be set to automatic firing mode (I assume for A/T guns and such - but I'm still not 100% sure).
Looking forward to the YouTube video demo to get a better idea as to what it can do.
Cheers
Chris

This is some info that IMPACT provided...
Dear Chris,
no, A01 is a standalone system.
with a 4 ch radio controller, you will be able to into, for example, AT gun.
One ch for the base rotation
One ch for barrel elevation
One ch, using the servo horn to push the TRIGGER push button switch.
More electronics systems will be released in the coming 12 months, depending on the success of A01.
IMPACT will have a system, in the future, that will hook up with Tamiya MFU. We cannot elaborate more about this yet.
Thank you

So it looks like its an IR combat unit to add to working models of AT-Guns, RPGs, Artillery etc.

Im Confused They have a battle unit already this plugs into the MF unit .What else could they mean, As for the stand alone system the Bsu can operate this way using an RX18 board ,and it may be posible to operate 2 guns or more from the single board (All the guns move at the same time by wiring them to the same board )So could most of the other battle systems its just the cost .You could operate the guns on the left stick and with right stick and another board with a DBC/DBU using the same channel drive a berg Panzer or Half track and this could be knocked out seperatly from the guns ,In Theory it should work, from one controler, £50 should get the stuff need to do this using the BSU (For the guns ) so they will have to do well to get below this .
