I purchased this board to replace a board that had fried, no matter what I do I cant seem to get it to bind. Would I be correct in feeling that the old board was rev 3 that my transmitters are not going to work with this board? If that is the case can anyone suggest where I would be better off trying to sell or swap the board for a couple of RX 18 boards?

The title code really means nothing to me, but does your transmitter have the switchable sounds or not ?
I assume not, and that you have got hold of an RX that is the new type.
if so,No, it wont bind.
Pictures would be well worth your trouble if you can.
