So this year has seen me break back into RC modelling.
When in was younger I had big dreams to have almost every type if RC vehicle possible. With plenty of year's collecting and my new found interest the collection is growing.

So I joined Modelboatmayhem as I am building a scratchbuilt hydroplane and upgrading some rtr models. Also got a Billings St Canute tug to build.
My father has also got back into models and we are restoring a 70s Graupner Adolf Bermpohl and I even found the little rescue boat in Germany Versack to complete the kit

I also joined this forum as I got a tank which I upgraded and found a new bug. So I have 6 or 7 tanks now in various states of build.

Recently with the Heng long trucks I now have 4 of these in various stages of shipping, but we will weather a few and completely modify some others.

I used to run a lot of Tamiya 1/10 cars so I found my pride and joy which I built at the age of 10 with my brother & father and slowing restoring it. It is a TA02SW limited edition Taisan Starcard Porsche. I have had it out to.test but it needs more upgrading. So my wife didn't feel left out I bought her a TA05 and a Mustang GT350 shell as she adores Mustangs.

I also will build and upgrade the older Tamiya chassis into mad toys.
Now trying to.source old Vintage Tamiya off-road cars to restore.

So the next stage is getting into more.scratch built and interesting models. Only yesterday I bought a 1/12 Crawler Crane. It is awesome, and have also acquired a tower crane. So the construction set now needs to be built.

As for planes, well I flew a lot 10 years ago but not really since. I have 8 or more planes but the plan includes getting these cleaned up and converting some redundant models to brushless power for ease of use.

I also have loads of vintage remote and RC vehicles which look cool. So these are getting upgraded with cheap Chinese electrics so they add to the collection. I am on the lookout for a Jurassic Park jeep.for the kids to compliment our scale dinosaur and fairy garden stroke tank off road course.

So yeah. RC modelling gone mad :)
