RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

Hey! I'm strolling in to jump on the Heng Long truck train! For the last few years I've toyed with the idea of snatching a cheap hobby-ish rc crawler... ran across the heng long/wpl/name-of-the-week truck on amazon and fell in love with the "realistic" design of the thing. My only experience with truly upgrade-able RC's are xmods... way back when the first gen came out. So, hope you're open to stupid questions from a knock-off rc enthusiast! : D

It's nice to see another enthusiast of our kind, however I have NO idea how the professionals on this forum will deal with MORE newbie questions; they already have to deal with me just kidding. But seriously though, if you have any questions, these guys seem to always have the answers! This is why this forum is so great. Also, it's great to know I'm not the only one new to the hobby here.
