Schumo PzIV leaf spring suspension kit

Hi all,
I have a Schumo kit that has 16 pieces of carbon fiber leaf springs, 8 long ones and 8 short ones. It does not come with any instructions and for the life of me I cannot figure how it is installed in the Tamiya Pz IV suspension. I don't believe it replaces the one in the Tamiya kit, but rather reinforce it.
If anyone has the kit has some idea (or maybe instructions) how to install this would be much appreciated.
MichaelC.

I looked high and low for a set of these.
I'll ask a mate who has them fitted in his.

Longer and stronger - stop them from falling out on early ones.

So do I even need them if I have the more recent ones ? There is one piece there and it has an angle end. I just don't see where you would fit these. If it is no use for more I would be more than happy to work a deal with you if you are looking for them.

Message from John
Hi, I have not been active with rc tanks this past summer into fall, but saw the Tamiya Pz4 Schumo spring question on rctankwarfare, which I cannot log on to any more for being inactive LOL. The answer is the long carbon fiber spring is used and is stand alone, do not use the kit metal spring with the carbon fiber spring. Do not over tighten the set screws when installing. One can use the kit metal springs, just place them so more metal sticks out on the free end of the carriage, opposite from the set screw. Lock down each end of the metal springs or carbon fiber springs carefully. John
Worth it: Well Kinda. The Schmo carbon fiber springs do easily solve the problem of the road wheel carriages coming apart and jamming when running over various uneven terrain, but careful fiddly positioning of the kit metal springs works just as well.
